Dr. Hailey started the Virginia International Pan Fest in 2003 in order to support Pan Unity in the US. Now he is guiding lead Mosaic Steel Orchestra toward a triumphant 2025 show. The Orchestra will grace the stage with 34 local musicians from throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia. Our united ensemble of 19 youth and 15 adult musicians will transport the audience on a remarkable trip across musical genres and styles.
Primeplus Norfolk Senior Center is in the process of moving to a new location. As they prepare for this significant transition, they are bidding a fond farewell to their current home where countless memories have been made. To celebrate this exciting change, the Mosaic Seniors Steel Orchestra will take them out with a bang, providing a unforgettably joyful musical send-off!
